How it works

Using hand held bar code scanners, our software and scales measure with the highest accuracy ensuring reliable reporting of the retail and cost price of your closing stock.

The psion scanners (for the hospitality sector) hold up to 6,000 porducts while our retail scanners can hold up to 55,000 products.

After the closing stock is transferred from our scanners to our laptops, we then proceed to enter purchases, sales & adjustments.

If the sales can be produced in a csv format, this reduces time of the stocktake, resulting in lower cost to the client.

We then discuss the results with owner or manager in detail.

A hard copy is presented on the day & is also e mailed, along with suggestions and advice.
